RETURNING AN ITEM
We hope you will love your product as much as we do! Should you change your mind regarding your purchase or should your item(s) not be the size or colour you require, we are very happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Should your item(s) be faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange on your product. Please note, ‘Bespoke’ (bespoke, made to measure or made to order) products are non-refundable unless faulty and non-exchangeable. ‘Seconds’ (stock heavily discounted due to small faults and/or old stock with differences to current stock) products are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please email us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) if you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange: [email protected] This is so we can book the return onto our system and look out for it coming back. Please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the date you received your order. Please note that unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any item(s) that have not been returned to us within the statutory 30 day period.

PACKAGING A RETURN
When returning an item to us, please make sure that you mark your package ‘Returns’ and include your name and contact details inside the package. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in appropriate packaging so that they are not damaged in transit. Ideally your order should be returned in its original outer box and inner packaging. If this is not available, we recommend you source alternate packaging to ship your goods. Please note that a bin bag or plastic bag is not appropriate packaging and goods returned in this manner will likely be damaged during transit. Any goods damaged during transit are not the responsibility of The Lounging Hound and we will not be able to refund damaged goods. We recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or proof of postage as you are responsible for the safe return of goods to The Lounging Hound. Unless you are returning a faulty item, the cost for returning items is borne by the customer.
