Our products are hand-made to order. We therefore require up to 14 days to make and despatch your product. In many instances we will be able to despatch sooner. Should you require your product urgently, please email us at “[email protected]” and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Where we are not able to fulfil an order (for example, if there is no stock of the required fabric available) we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when we will be able to fulfil your order. You can then decide whether you would like to go ahead with your original order, choose something else or cancel your order.
We ship all our products via UPS next day delivery. Your product will require a signature upon delivery.
Once your item is ready for despatch, you will receive a notification from UPS to advise you of the date of despatch and the date of delivery.
Should the date of delivery not be convenient, you will have the opportunity to amend the date of delivery or request that your item is sent to a UPS hub for collection.
We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order prior to dispatch. Under these circumstances we will notify you by email that we are cancelling the order and will issue a refund in full.
